To comply with legislation anyone holding a Standard National Operators Licence must employ a “competent person” to manage their transport compliance. This does not mean employing a Full Time Transport Manager and outsourcing your CPC role is an acceptable form of compliance.

Audit - Implementation - Monitor

At Andy Swan Driver Services, we like to take a professional approach to Transport Compliance.
Steven has held his International Transport Manager CPC since 2017. He will be completing his compulsory 5 year refresher training in July 2022.

Initial Audit

As part of our service, we can complete an audit of your Transport Operation and assist with any recommendations

Full System Implementation

Once the systems are in place we can arrange weekly or monthly visits to ensure full compliance
